Very competent doctor and staff. She had done my endoscopy in very professional way... I am satisfied but the problem is with long appointment dates and wait.

Today I didn't feel like a "passing post", I received help in times of need and that on an equal footing. Unfortunately, this cannot be taken for granted, especially not in these times. The practice could have got rid of me today, as my attending doctor and some other doctors did. I am really very grateful ..... and no, I am not a private patient.

I have been with Dr. med. Nötzel in treatment and I am very satisfied. In practice, I always receive a smile from all employees and everyone radiates a pleasant calm. With my CU I feel very competent. Miss Dr. Nötzel always listens to me very attentively and answers questions and concerns. All my concerns, which she can represent medically, supports her. Even when I took personal life incidents with me, Dr. med. Nötzel offered, I could contact her by phone to discuss questions to other specialist opinions. I feel as a young person seen and perceived. Thank you for the friendly and competent care!
