Due to the Corona, not much was going on. I just wanted to look, but then got a bargain. The saleswoman was very friendly and accommodating. I felt good. The selection of shoes and boots is quite large and it is well sorted.
Service and customer satisfaction are not there. If something is wrong with the goods, the customers are immediately responsible. Something else is simply rejected. Bad comments leave the employees about their customers. Where else is there goodwill or compromise, here bsolute nil! Very disappointing.
Staff disinterested, talking about other customers bad.Private is more important.The store is not recommended.
