My favorite baker in Erfurt. Here is still baked in the back and sold in front. The rolls are not puffed up, but tasty, the cakes and tarts delicious. The small cakes, of which a few are always on offer, are the perfect souvenir for an invitation. But the best is the bread. I always buy the three-pounder, divide it into three parts, freeze two and look forward to the third. It's so juicy and delicious that I sometimes only eat it with butter.
Actually a great baker. But the sales staff doesn't work at all.
Maybe you should find out who to put there beforehand!
