As with other competitors, prices are unearthly ... Unfortunately!
As already read in other comments, we also met the extremely unfriendly saleswoman. No "good day", no service or anything else that can be expected from a bakery with a café. No spoon for coffee etc. everything very loveless!
The advertising for breakfast is advertised around the clock. Saturday 9.30 a.m. she doesn't make breakfast! Everything a little strange. We were here for the first and last time! It's a shame. We will pass on this behavior too!
Oh oh .... we normally like to go to Helbing, only nobody is as unfriendly as the lady at this branch.
Does not respond to customer requests. Becomes cheeky, indignant, almost vicious. I don't understand how you can deal with customers like that. Headquarters was informed. The manager on the phone was very nice. So we will no longer enter this branch at Obi.
Overpriced baked goods that dry extremely quickly do not freeze here (other bakers do). Expensive customer card, thus building a 2-class customer system. Never offers. Better to go to another, traditional baker 👍
Totally unfriendly staff. Will not visit this store again Products delicious just way too expensive.
