Since summer 2018 I have attended both the yoga classes in the park in the fresh air and in the yoga lounge. It was always fun, sometimes exhausting, but always relaxing. For me it was the ideal balance to stressful everyday work.
For Kathrin, yoga is not just a job, but above all a calling. It just makes it great. I can highly recommend participating at any time!
Thanks to Kathrin's calming voice, charisma and type of yoga classes, I have learned to become calmer and more relaxed, to accept everyday stress less than stress but much more as an option to grow in the events of every day and to take the positive out of it into my everyday life. I personally feel so comfortable here that for me there is only the YogaLounge and Yoga in the Luisenpark with Kathrin and that is my epitome of rest for me. In addition, the lounge is very traditional and lovingly decorated, a perfect place to relax and linger. Namasté 🧘🏼♀️
