Jessi is simply a great trainer who takes her work and her customers very seriously, individually designs the training units and adapts them to the person and needs, but also the daily form, and thus gets the most out of them. You are pushed, limits are individually coordinated and respected.
Furthermore, there is a high degree of flexibility in terms of time with the training units, which can easily be brought forward or pushed back if there is capacity.
I've been training for 3 months and I'm already noticing clear successes in terms of endurance and performance, as well as the physical / optical goals that I have personally set for myself.

With this trainer, the HIIT workout is great fun and everyone works up a sweat. Keep it up, you are great!
