The requested device number was also transmitted. After several weeks of waiting (supposedly to get spare parts) the appointment with the technician on September 16, 2020, which lasted about 10 minutes. The technician had neither the right motor nor the right control / operating unit with him and, after taking another photo of the nameplate, announced that both had to be changed and that there would be no more spare parts. To prove his presence, the receipt was filled in (here as a photo) and the party said goodbye without having even begun to do the commissioned work. So far so good, case done ... until Hausgeräte Service Oeser GmbH actually sent an invoice (also included here as a photo) without having done anything of the order. Instead, the “check according to the attachment” was billed. This annex then consisted of the receipt filled out during the visit on site, which, however, was subsequently changed! Of course, this receipt is also attached here as a photo. Needless to say, the bill is not paid, but instead they are considering bringing the matter to bear. Update: A criminal complaint has now been filed because this company was unable to resolve the matter despite being requested to do so. The managing director is obviously too cowardly (or perhaps too busy to cover up further cases of fraud in his company). Well, he'll have to take a stand before the public prosecutor ...

I agree with the many bad reviews. You really can't recommend the company. If you are lucky someone will answer the phone. Agreements are not kept, repair orders are simply canceled, emails are not answered, etc. Now the matter goes to the lawyer and there is also a bad rating. I can not imagine that this approach will pay off in the long run for the company.

Apparently there are only very bad or very good reviews for this company. I am one of those who have had good experiences. The fitters of this company have often repaired various devices in a very friendly and competent manner. Appointments were also no problem. The deadlines were always met.

I cannot agree with the bad reviews. The appointment was arranged as part of the guarantee of a 1 year old stove from Bauknecht. The appointment can only be made in 4 weeks, but the company cannot do anything about it. Very good: after two weeks a call came from Oeser that the appointment could take place earlier, so wait just under 10 days less. The technician came and fixed the error (electronics error) very quickly. He was kind and quick. The oven works as it should. There are negative things to report.

Had a very rude conversation with the senior boss. Miscommunication hotline / technician for the purpose of AEG repair dishwasher and we are allowed to bear the costs for nothing and again nothing ... Never again AEG and especially not the company Öser!
