A little thank you. We have been looked after by the HTS company for about 5 years. We can only say good things about the company.
The maintenance of our heating takes place regularly, also minor repairs in the house, on the electrics and on our solar system for the pool were carried out quickly and to the complete satisfaction. Our old washing machine has been "breathed new life". It has been running almost every day for about 5 years and has never let us down.
I've been trying to get an appointment for four months, desperately I go to the Gewand sales point, 48 h deadline set, result: nothing happened! Too bad thought it is a well-known company, disappointment is great! But now it's ticked! Thanks for nothing!
One star is still not enough. Unfortunately. Today 2nd appointment for guarantee repair of an extractor hood did not take place. Appointments are not even canceled, poor service. You have to wait 6 weeks for a new appointment, then you get a time window of 4-6 hours and still nobody comes. 2 days of vacation gone. Corona or not, that's not how you deal with customers. This is the first time I write a review. But there is no other way.

Installation of an air conditioning system worked perfectly. Installation date within the specified period. The great commitment of Mr. R. and Mr. J. deserves special mention.
