1 star is still too much. Customer service is very small here! I am a long-term customer and got a pair of defective suit pants from the cleaning department. The guilt was immediately dismissed. You only get the offer to hire an expert, whom I, as the end customer, should pay myself (70 €). As an end customer, you are also referred to hotlines and co. Consumer laws and BGB are foreign words. The damage can be repaired by a seamstress for a maximum of € 20. Bad behavior!

We had a large bedspread cleaned there. The employee was very friendly and the blanket was ready to be picked up very quickly. The price was perfectly okay too.

Got a package for the second time because I work nearby. Was always friendly received & served. About the actual offer, I can not say anything, I probably belong to the target group less :)
