Friendly and helpful staff that is alwas there to help you. Advanced gear to train each and every seperate muscle on your body. They offer different courses alongside the standard "fitness" model.

I have been in the weight room for 16 years, previously Kieser. The training there improved my back problems a lot. Otherwise there is a pleasant atmosphere in the weight room. Recommendable.
