I am said to be always friendly and polite, so it cannot have been because of me that I was treated extremely unfriendly in this pharmacy, the advice on medication and my queries already seemed to have been too much (although the pharmacy was empty was and there was no time pressure), and my request to make the additional payment by debit card was rejected by something unfriendly and seemed to have overflowed with the pharmacist. I will definitely avoid this pharmacy in the future ...

Absolutely unfriendly service. The staff seems annoyed and is not ready for a competent advice. Here I am reluctant customer.

Unfriendly and stingy operator of the pharmacy. I prefer to walk 1 km and get treated right!

Outrageous prices. I like to shop in the store, but 100% more expensive than the Internet and at least 40% more expensive than other pharmacies is not in order. When this pharmacy is ready, you can adjust to longer waiting times BEFORE the door. Especially in the cold season that is extremely unfavorable with a cold. I will not go there again - and if I have to go to Weimar or Jena.
