The first appointment was simply forgotten. At the second appointment someone came. The gentleman could not clearly identify the problem (ok, it may be) but had a suggestion which could possibly help. After asking about costs, I was told "I shouldn't queue up like that. The owner pays". It was stupid for him that I was myself. Because of various other friendliness and the lack of a clear indication of the solution, we consulted a second plumber. Then he was able to solve the problem.

Have just phoned the company for a cost proposal for air conditioning. Answer .. "we have no time for something like that we are full" well then thank you very much ..
