I live in the US Atlanta GA and ordered 3 pairs of beautiful handmade shoes from Mbaetz Tripped. It was my first time and I had questions about ordering the right size and making sure everything would be safe ordering during the time of the pandemic. Needless to say when I emailed my concerns I immediately got responses from a Mbaetz representative Livio, who was sooooo kind, helpful, very knowledgeable. Great customer service! Each style and each shoe I ordered arrived perfect! And the shipping from DHL was outstanding! I also had concerns about my shoes arriving safely especially coming from Europe and during the pandemic. DHL kept me posted and sent text messages advising me of the tracking until I received them. I had no worries! I appreciate the team and staff from Mbaetz and sending my shoes via DHL which was awesome! I'm one satisfied customer here in the US!
