Impossible advice, the fine gentleman was probably too good to look for the right tiles with us. We only got the tip to look on the internet and if we had the manufacturer he could order them. So we made our way to the next tile shop, and lo and behold, there is another way.

I have had extremely bad experiences. As I learned today, the order for four interior doors was not passed on. The measurement was made eight weeks ago after several consultations; the order was placed several weeks ago at this point in time. Then radio silence. A phone call yesterday produced the above result. The offer was made to withdraw from the contract. I refused and I was promised the immediate order, combined with the promise to inform me immediately about the order status. But this has not happened so far either. Unfortunately, I had to set a star so that the review could be published. Zero stars would have been appropriate. Update: This evaluation and a corresponding information to the management apparently triggered a small earthquake. Suddenly everything happened very quickly. The doors have now been installed. The announced deadline was met. The craftsmanship is flawless. That's exactly how I imagined it. And so Kasberger was recommended to me. I've changed the star rating accordingly.

Receive the offer after repeated reminders .... then forever no one comes to measure .... Contacts are becoming more and more .... but no one can ever be reached .... nobody calls back despite request ... then the price must be quoted from the offer suddenly be covered again ... 6 weeks !!! Impossible !!!
