B. education, confidentiality, the Institute seems overwhelmed with their implementation and ensuring compliance with training therapies In order to fulfill the therapeutic duties, of course, the focus is on the knowledge of them and the need for their information to the patient. The relationship of trust between therapist and patient is significantly influenced by the open and honesty and as such is the existential basis for the success of the therapy. Even in a personal conversation, the management unfortunately could not explain how professional treatment of these principles can be guaranteed in training therapies. Just the fact that the supervisor is supported by a supervisor does not solve the problem. Because the term "support / supervision" does not provide any indication as to what extent the still-learning therapist is bound by the supervisor's recommendations. Furthermore, the supervisor can only judge what the learning therapist tells him, that is, what the learning therapist reflects. The REFLEXION of the therapist is in addition to the transfer of the patient also INFLUENCED BY THE TRANSFER OF THE THERAPIST. This may favor a distorted picture. To prevent this, there would be only the possibility to record the training therapy by video, which is omitted in most cases due to the time and expense - this is at the expense of the patient. This fact can be transferred to ALL THERAPY CONTENT, which makes the relevance of this problem clear. Since there is always a power gradient from one therapist to the other in a therapy, many competent therapists work with a WRITTEN TREATMENT AGREEMENT, clearly showing the conditions of the therapy. This contract is initially countersigned by both sides and thus gives both parties the opportunity to have written proof of the "arrangements" in their own records. In my opinion, this is also the only way to strengthen one's own position within the therapy, because unfortunately the patients' rights law is far from mature enough to provide real help for patients. Outside the therapy, the patient can draw the attention of the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung and Therapeutenkammer of the respective federal state as well as the own health insurance to the facts, in order to obtain consequences for the therapist.
