Friendly service. When buying, the lady asked nicely if she should remove the box, but did not say anything about the fact that a return or exchange without a box is not possible, so that an exchange was refused due to the poor fit. In addition, the return period is only 8 days. Acceptance was refused upon return. Goodwill and customer friendliness can unfortunately not be found. Never again. Every online shop as well as all shoe shops in Göttingen meet a standard withdrawal period of 14 days.
