I bought a bandage there today and was willing to pay more from the start than on the Internet because I also wanted advice! The advice was also to some extent that was also because I knew what I wanted! Otherwise there was always only that it is cheaper with a prescription! In the end, I paid € 85.00 instead of € 49.00 for a 5-minute consultation. That is € 36.00 more than the average price on the net! I wouldn't have said anything about 15 € more, but I think 40% more for this service is marginal! This is not how the local trade works! 🤔

Also, I have to contradict the negative reports here. The staff in the store is always courteous and extremely friendly, the advice is great and complaints were, if necessary, processed quickly and customer-oriented. If medical supply, then here!

I have to contradict all the negative reports here - I've had positive experiences throughout! Staff was always very nice, my orders were always processed quickly and requests were taken into account. Top shop!

Super rude. Driver turns me on because I was not home. Then you should announce yourself before. When I complained to the boss, I was also turned on by this on the phone stupid. Never again and not recommended.

Very impolite! I needed a splint for my knee, it was measured ... so that should fit. I'll be there three days later, the track was laid out for me. I thought at the moment, mhh somehow it's pretty tight. Ok, I thought so then I do not want to moan right away, and so a rail should also be fitting to the body. So far so good, I sit in the car and notice that the rail has pressed firstly on the inside of the thigh massive and could then also with two fingers wide between the rail and leg. Long talk short sense, rail brought back after about 15 minutes, because the seller wanted to tell me Patzig that all was so good and the rail would PERFECT sit. Recipe and additional payment was only the next day after a very unpleasant phone call with the boss back. Quote: "Please never bother me!" And then he hung up
