I bought leather shoes for 120 euros that lost their inside after 3 weeks. A complaint is still pending to this day, I have neither received my money nor compensation from Görtz 17 for my waiting period of two weeks. I had to call the employees afterwards and although I was also assured that I would get a call back, it did not come. Customer service and also dealing with me as a customer are very poor. I am still waiting for my shoes today.

Great little shop, with a large selection of shoes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I always visited this shop when I was in Göttingen and I was pleased about the very friendly and competent service and advice of the manager. Unfortunately one could not say that of the other employees. The selection was also very manageable due to the relatively small size of the shop.
