Very competent property management. Very nice tone.

In my opinion, IVB Buschmann is not recommended. We are currently writing the 04.07.2016 and the annual statement 2015 has still not been submitted to our community of owners, although the manager contract - as well as the applicable jurisdiction - oblige the manager, by 30.06 at the latest. of the following year to deliver the statement. This is the 2nd time within a shorter period that the statement has been sent late (the last time there were allegedly computer problems). As an apartment owner, you still have additional work to do because the IVB has to be checked. In addition, the IVB Buschmann causes the owners - at least our WEG - considerable legal costs, since the 80-year-old Mr. Buschmann prefers to have legal disputes with the -paying- owners than to bring about an immediate personal clarification. Management can therefore be described as very high-handed and "as having not yet arrived in the service age of the 21st century". NO recommendation from my side.

Absolutely no support in solving problems in the home.
