Historical fortress on top of the hills in Passau. It's a well-preserved building complex with a museum inside worth a visit. It's also a good vantage point to have a beautiful panorama over the city. In summer you'll also be able to watch some cultural events in the back. On the far end you can also sit down and have a meal at the restaurant. Recommended.

It was very interesting to visit the medieval museum and see all tools and weapons. Nonetheless, I've seen more beautiful castles elsewhere. I recommend visiting as you also have a very beautiful view below to passau city which is splendid. :)

A nice challange to get up to the top. Amazing views of course. Unfortunately the staff were not the most friendly.
