UNFRIENDLY. If the medication is incorrectly dispensed, the medication cannot be exchanged (incorrect dosage), the correct dosage of the medication cannot be exchanged without a new prescription. What's that supposed to do? Do you have to do the pharmacist's job now or how ?! Absolutely rude, staff impossible.

The PTA that works in this pharmacy is simply inhumane. My mother was there today and urgently needed pills for her illness, but she had no time to get the prescription from her doctor at the time. She did not have a prescription at hand. She is a regular customer and yet not a single tablet was spent for the next few days until she can hand over the recipe. These are important tablets and it is totally unnecessary and are very disappointed. You could have given at least enough tablets for the weekend ...
