I was with Dr. Peppas. The premises are very nice and attractive. The employees were very friendly. My husband asked Dr. Let Peppas advise. She made a thoroughly competent impression. Then he was informed that he could have two variants of the correction carried out and, upon our request, two cost / treatment plans were sent to us at home so that we can compare and consider. What surprised us very much was that Dr. Peppas sent two invoices for these two estimates together with the cost estimates, which we should pay. This is quite unusual as you generally do not charge for a cost estimate. Be that as it may, we called the practice and were dismissed from the fact that they had told us during the consultation, which was absolutely not the truth. At no point was it mentioned that we would be charged a fee for the cost plan. It is definitely not about not paying for the services provided and preferably getting everything for free, but we find that kind of outrageous. Especially since you are portrayed as a liar claiming that we did not understand. For this reason alone, we will not be treating Dr. Have peppas done.

Very friendly team, Dr. Peppas is very competent and has good access to children. My son and I feel we are in very good hands!

The doctors are not friendly and the receptionist is so polite. Not to be recommended at all.
