I can only agree with the one bad rating. I was there with a very young doctor and the tartar was not removed properly on the grounds that the cash register would only pay for the bottom four teeth at the front. When asked by the DAK that was a lie, all solid plaque is removed free of charge. Then I should do a teeth cleaning for 120 euros because my teeth would be in such bad condition and I urgently need a teeth cleaning. That surprised me a lot, as my previous doctors have said that I brush very well and that I tend not to have tartar. It was also determined that I had progressive periodontal disease, level 3. During my check-up today in another practice, I had neither tooth decay nor periodontal disease. I would need a teeth cleaning, if at all, once a year. I'm not sure if this doctor is still in her practice, according to the website, not anymore. If that is the case, I would also delete the rating again, as I cannot judge the quality of the other doctors. I would appreciate your feedback. By the way, the team was super nice!

I have the impression my teeth are in very good hands here. Dr. Sielemann took a lot of time for the anamnesis, found the noteworthy points directly and explained in detail and vividly how my dentition works as a whole, where one or the other Empfinlichkeit comes from, how to fix it and what problems there are for the foreseeable future (function analysis) , Everything was very transparent and comprehensible, and I have the impression here are professionals at work, which are primarily interested in the health of my teeth. I was informed about the cost and relevance of the treatment and always had the opportunity to say what I want and what I do not. Even if the health insurance does not cover the costs - fortunately she does that for me - I would be the professional teeth cleaning, the functional analysis and subsequent treatment worth the thing.

This is one of those practices that want to give you a professional teeth cleaning (costs overpriced 120 €). If the dental assistant says to the doctor, out of fear that the patient will not have their teeth cleaned, during the free tartar removal: "Are you going to remove everything now?" Accordingly, I got the worst and shortest tartar removal ever - all brown and black spots were still there. Find that a cheek and just had to say it!

Back then, I was looking for a suitable dentist in Mainz for a long time and tried several. Competent, all treatment steps are explained in detail, always friendly staff and the patient's wallet is also taken into account for treatments. For many doctors, the economic interest is unfortunately above the appropriate treatment method.

I have been in very good hands here for years - sympathetic and competent team in an appealing, modern ambience! 👍🏻
