Been seeing Tim for around a month now. Super happy to have found him while looking for someone who can help with my back/sciatica issues and already feel an improvement in just four weeks! Along with a home training plan for strength, mobility exercises and nutrition advice I feel as though I am heading in the right direction to a healthier me. Would highly recommend Tim to anyone interested in help in all areas of health and fitness!

Tim has been my personal trainer from August 2019 until now. I was really lucky to have found such an excellent trainer. He will tailor the training according to your need and personal situation, always using eveidence-based approach. He is very knowledgable without any pompous or attention-grabbing gimmick, as long as the training is scientifically sound and effective. I have seen results and am always motivated to train with Tim. I can only recommend if you are looking for a truly qualified trainer who loves his job.

After I wasn't allowed to do sports for a long time during my pregnancy, I needed support in getting fit. Tim responded perfectly to my needs and success was quickly achieved. He was at my side with words and deeds, especially in the difficult early days. I can only recommend him absolutely!

First to me: I'm in my mid-30s and have never been the most sporty. At school, I was always chosen as one of the last on the team. Every now and then I did team sports, but more for fun than real training. Years ago I did a little equipment training and a little cardio in the gym. But somehow without a plan or goal. After my second child, I noticed that I was no longer 20, it tweaks and tweaks everywhere and that I have to do something about it. Because of my office job I often had back pain and two lumbago (whenever I got a new job and thus a new desk chair - sounds strange now, but that's how it is). With two children I wanted more endurance in everyday life and enough strength to carry my little one around. Since I don't know my way around at all, I took the chance to train with Tim. I always imagined strength training to be totally uncomfortable. I didn't feel up to the task and I never dared to do free exercises, let alone put one foot in the "Muckiecke" with the muscles. Tim totally picked me up at my sporting stand and I felt comfortable from the first moment. Even when I couldn't do something, he made me feel like it wasn't bad at all and quite normal. "Everyone started out small" He believed in me and showed me what my body is capable of. Now I do a lot of free exercises and it feels good and right. He is always very motivating and is sometimes more happy about my successes than I am. After 4 weeks of training 3 times a week, I've already seen the first successes. No shoulder pain, no neck pain, more strength, less stress in everyday life and better sleep. I would never have dared to increase the weights like this and try so many new things and was surprised how much can be felt after 4 weeks of training. During the training I always felt that I was very valued and in good hands. It was never embarrassing or strange. I get the impression that Tim knows exactly what he's doing. Amazingly, when doing exercises that were incredibly difficult for me, I had no sore muscles the next day. With other exercises that I found really easy, Tim holds me back and tells me that it would be enough for now and that we have to see how my body reacts to it ... Fortunately, because the next day I have the sore muscles of the Had died. He knows my limits better than me. He is also in a good mood at every training session, always friendly and punctual, that also needs to be mentioned. Clear recommendation.

Tim has been coaching me online for a year. (live about 4 hours from him) His experience and attitude are incredibly good and positive! We didn't just discuss my Calisthenics training plan. It accompanies me at a low level of motivation or when I am in pain. We treated shoulder and back pain with targeted exercises. I can only recommend Tim. Online and also in the gym. Keep it up Tim!
