GETSAFEpro - Krav Maga Selbstverteidigung

I've only been in training three times so far, but I'm absolutely thrilled. On the one hand, you increase strength and coordination and always go beyond your limits. It also extremely increases self-confidence! Rarely have I had the feeling of having found the middle between body and mind after doing sport. Fitness and self-defense come together great here. Erduan as a trainer really teaches you something and also deals with individual matters if you need more explanation.

I've been here for about a year now - if you disregard the interruptions caused by the Corona measures. The latter are also the reason for this recession: The (complex but well thought-out) concept we worked with before the current partial lockdown - fixed groups of five in short training units - really deserves recognition. Chapeau!

I wanted to combine fitness and self-defense for a long time and therefore quickly came to Krav Maga. GETSAFE did not disappoint me here. Nice sympathetic people and trainer who demands a lot from you. I had a lot of fun and a sore muscles that I never had in the form (for me that means something good :-)) I'm looking forward to the next training session!

Very relaxed atmosphere. Nobody has to do more than they can. No drill arguments as a trainer.
