The central location of the yoga center is great. The range of courses is diverse. Here you can relax and receive inspiring incentives. It is enriching to experience the different leaders. The hallway is a bit narrow, but the rooms are inviting.

I have been visiting the Yoga Vidya Mainz Center for many years and have always been warmly welcomed! In addition to the very large variety of courses and workshops, the teachers and staff at the center are always very loving! Teaching and shaping yoga creatively every hour, giving help that all participants are completely relaxed, happy and really fit for everyday life after the hour, that's wonderful !!! A wonderful place to recharge your batteries! There are a variety of open and fixed courses, there is something for everyone. The prices are great and the staff is very friendly. Clear recommendation, if you do not like studio atmosphere, but value holistic yoga! 🕉☯️🙏🏽

Anyone looking for traditional yoga in a contemporary style is right here. I felt extremely well from the beginning and I am also very satisfied with the yoga teachers. You can easily feel that this has been practiced here for over 10 years. Highly recommended is the satsang which takes place twice a week in the evening. Om
