I regularly find my haven of peace in the beautiful studio. I really like the yoga style and the location is unique in Mainz. Thanks to the online offer, now I can bring Yoganess to my home!

I have been attending yoga classes with Monika Knott regularly for 6 years. Monika conducts the yoga classes competently and sensitively. It guides each participant attentively on their way to more mobility, well-being and relaxation, while responding to their individual skills and needs. In her friendly, bright yoga room I find physical and mental relaxation.
