Terrible service: I left a suit last Tuesday and I took it back yesterday. The suit was clean but smelled so bad, like if the suit has been left into the laundry machine for hours. The typical sweat smell. But the worst of the whole situation was when I took back the suit to the shop the employee told me that this smell was normal, without recognising their mistake and bad service. I got the money back but I the problem was not solved. I would not recommend to anybody this place.

I have had my suits and shirts cleaned here for about 2 years and I am very satisfied. Cleaning is quick, thorough and the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Also. If I no longer work in Mainz and other cleaning services in the immediate vicinity of my office are cheaper, I still go to AS. Here you understand how customer loyalty works!

I have my shirts ironed here and I am satisfied. A star deduction, as no cards (including EC) are accepted.
