Firstly, a piece of clothing could not be found when it was picked up; it turned out that it had stayed somewhere. On the other hand, you are completely unable to deal with complaints. Unfortunately, this also applies to the cleaning in Mainz. We don't go there anymore. This shop didn't even deserve 1 star.

Clothes will be clean. Are also very nice. 1. But we got something back, which does not belong to us. 2. In addition, numbers on slips on the garments are stapled if no label is present. On expensive silk bowls I would prefer to do without 😕

Good quick and honest advice on changing the pants. Saved money!
