When my eye started to become infected, the pharmacy manager sold me eye drops for 12 euros. At home, after looking at the package insert, I noticed that it was homeopathic drops. It wasn't visible on the packaging. When I wanted to exchange the drops, she told me that she couldn't take them back because I had already written today's date on the outside of the package. The management and another employee assured that the drops would help very well - even if science has contradicting findings. I was then given effective eye drops that would have cost only a third of the price of the homeopathic drops, and the advice to always ask in the future whether the remedy was homeopathic. For me it is a clear rip-off to sell the far more expensive homeopathic remedy to the customer without notice. I clearly see the pharmacists' duty to inform, but I will probably have to make sure myself each time which funds I get. Am very disappointed.

There are 3 cash registers occupied and no one manages to sort the customers something. If one stands on the left one is passed over, one stands in the middle the same play. I prefer to go to another pharmacy where you do not have to wait so long and there is a single queue. It can be as easy as you want.
