Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the positive reviews. The promised reservation was not there when it was picked up. The 'pick-up' was a bit of a hassle for me. All the more annoying that it was in vain. The offer of free home delivery in a few weeks couldn't make up for the bad impression. Of course, mistakes can happen. However, the way you deal with these decides whether you have understood the zeitgeist, which in certain 50 pharmacies in the city center, only service and customer orientation determine the success!

I accidentally ended up at the pharmacy. Unfortunately, something went wrong with our order: Apparently something was not delivered, but it was there. However, I was already through the door when our order was found. The pharmacist then apparently ran after me and looked for me (however, I take very big steps and we missed each other). The next morning they made several apologies for the mistake, and so often that it was almost uncomfortable for me: it wasn't a big deal and no pills that were essential for survival. Overall, a really helpful pharmacy that is also interested in the patient. Even if it is a little further away than our previous one, I will gladly accept the few extra meters and can recommend them to anyone with a clear conscience.
