I was very satisfied, although there was a problem or misunderstanding with my order, the boss apologized several times and took care of the matter and tried to clarify everything immediately to my satisfaction. We are all just human and I will continue to go there, I feel very well cared for. Everyone is friendly and hard-working

This pharmacy is absolutely not recommended! You do not receive a friendly greeting when entering the pharmacy, instead the CHEF ignores the customer for the time being! He hadn't looked at me, just stared at his screen! How wildly he then rang an employee who came running nervously, almost fearfully ... she was very friendly and helpful, which is why I gave the pharmacy a second chance. On my second visit, however, the boss was again very unfriendly and disinterested. This time he had at least made the effort to serve me and I wish he hadn't ... what a greedy person the boss is! Please beware of rip-offs! With what hectic pace and impatience he served me - the main thing is to sell as many overpriced products as possible .... simply unbelievable! I always buy two of the products elsewhere, so I know the approximate price - but in the Lothar pharmacy there is simply a completely different price range! The boss does not seem to treat his employees very respectfully either, he had totally crushed them BEFORE the customer - just unprofessional! For me as a customer it was a very uncomfortable situation ...

Competent consulting. Friendly staff. Super Service. So pharmacy has to go live ... great!
