Unfortunately absolutely not to be recommended! My partner was in this pharmacy shortly before Christmas to pick up the 2 FFP2 masks promised by the federal government. She urgently needed this for a trip in public transport on the same day. When asked by a colleague, the pharmacist was able to confirm that she was entitled to the masks. Before that, however, the colleague had loudly asked other customers that it could only be a risk pregnancy (which, by the way, is not the case ...). The masks are reserved for regular customers, so you won't be given any. We have been to this pharmacy occasionally before, but this will be the last time. At the competition (pharmacy at the train station) the dispensing (even 5 pieces) worked perfectly on the same day without any problems and with very friendly handling. Both the insensitive handling of the causes of illness and the refusal of masks, although there is a claim, are an absolute no-go for me.

So far it's okay, even if I often had to switch to other pharmacies because they didn't have my prescription drugs there. Recently, however, I had to use the courier service and the employee reacted really unfriendly and didn't want to offer me the service at first. Well, maybe a bad day. The only point that really bothered me is that she didn't put on a mask. In the non-ventilated room, the lower plastic pane does not protect the customer either and, logically, sick people also go to pharmacies. Here, too, I'm just hoping for an exceptional situation, but out of self-protection I'll probably go to the nearest pharmacy.
