Very helpful staff

I am not a local here in Mainz and this Apotheke really annoyed me. There are a few reasons. Firstly when I was really hesitating in front of the shelves, the sellers just kept chatting, ignoring me. Secondly this shop shows ADs on the door saying that PAYBACK card is valid and students with their identifications can get 90% discount. But when I was at the cashier the seller didn't accept neither my PAYBACK card nor my student card. There was no discount for my deal. Thirdly the seller did not even offer me the receipt/quittung, so I could not check the details of my shopping there. I don't know whether she did it deliberately or just forgot to do her job as well as she could. As a guest I feel really annoyed and unhappy. PLEASE enhance your service and don't make your guests feel cheated!!!请避开此药店，本人经验是：工作人员越年轻购物感受越好。

I was there yesterday and wanted to pick up the free masks. The friendly Ms. Wagner gave me a packet of ugly green masks, asked for 5 euros and told me some fairy tales about health insurance that would give me the 5 euros back. I am a regular customer. A week ago I redeemed a prescription for € 255.67 and that happens several times a year. Because I hope to be close professionally.

Very good accessibility / location and otherwise also a large range. I prefer to go to my selected employees and then get advice. There is also 10% for regular customers, schoolchildren and students. 🍀😊
