I would give a worse rating if I can. Unbelievably rude staff with such a bad attitude ! (it was a blonde woman with short hair, maybe the other ones are better...)

staff is not particularly nice but its ok if u r only going to get what u know.

wanted to get the FFP2 mask I was entitled to on Tuesday morning, it was rejected because I don't have a customer card ?! I was cheekily told "I don't know you" even though I've been going there for years because I'm working on the fire. Go where you live I was called after ... Yes, I will in the future and not just me !!!!! Apotheke am Höfchen everything was without any problems

A nice, small pharmacy, which offers a very good service and well stocked. The staff is very helpful and if you have a loyalty card you even get personally congratulated for your birthday. That's still good customer service. We recommend.
