I stood in front of the shelf about 15 minutes yesterday, shaking for shampoo at the top while the staff was talking. No one there even came up with the idea of ​​perceiving myself as a customer and certainly not advising. When I asked the cashier what the differences in the products were, the pharmacist unfortunately had "no idea" and then read out loud what the products said. After a few minutes, she came to the conclusion that the ingredients (which were each directly under the title) are not identical ... since I can read, no big surprise ... I didn't buy anything and have now ordered on the Internet. In the case of pharmaceuticals, you can get the most expensive product on the market without advice. You have to address GANZ specifically the cheapest product and it is best to know yourself very well in the pharmaceutical sector. Worst of all: The pharmacist was now very indiscreet and disrespectful comments about what the customer is buying are probably the order of the day here and in my opinion generally out of place, but unfortunately in a pharmacy a shame for the profession.
