Always nice and very good advice.

I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks so far, no information about processing or delivery, neither by email nor by phone. I had to call twice to get information about the processing of my order, as a response I get the delivery date "on Monday" (with the first call) and "tomorrow comes" (with the second call). After 10 days, i.e. twice Monday, the delivery is still not there today. Despite the crisis, customers can still be informed. For me, this is disregarding the customer and not a service.

The pharmacy is clean and the staff are nice
