Except for an older employee, the staff can only be described as extremely musty. In particular the younger "Frau Apothekerin" is the unfriendliness and arrogance in person. It is incomprehensible how to tolerate such a business-damaging person in sales. But the fish stinks from the head ... Also, almost always some of the medication required is out of stock and must be ordered. This applies in particular to the inexpensive generics prescribed by private prescription, whereby the expensive branded product is of course in stock ... a prankster who thinks bad about it. Even if it has been very convenient to shop there over the past 25 years (due to the proximity to the workplace), I will definitely not enter this pharmacy again.

Unfortunately I met this pharmacy as rude, arrogant and incompetent. Actually I only wanted to buy a cold tea for children. They did not have one and wanted to give me a cough preparation. Because I did not want to buy this, because of a lack of cough, I got the "clever" tip to see a doctor (Saturday afternoon as a city tourist). At the nearest pharmacy, everything was no problem.
