The pharmacist gave me a wrong price for a drug that I have been taking for years (and has to buy every 2 months) and responded to my appeal, with a snappy comment. She was very rude and showed no will to admit her own mistake and to check the right price again in the system. A second present pharmacist was in the meantime wrong and has made no attempt to correct the mistake of his colleague and pretended that it was none of the whole business. Afterwards I went to another pharmacy and paid the right price (as stated before). In this pharmacy customer-friendliness is written really small and I recommend everyone to take a small detour in purchasing.

Communication is really under all cannons. Concentrated rudeness in a confined space. I don't go there anymore and don't recommend it to anyone. Too bad that there are not zero stars, I find one star too many.

Huch, a customer comes through the door, all quickly cover! One way or the other, my two visits to this pharmacy can best be described. "We do not have the drugs in stock and you do not live here in Saarbrücken, so you better go somewhere else!?!" Ok, others deliver to the 100 meters away work place but here it is probably less about customer service than more about fending off threatening customers and work as quickly as possible.

Let's put it this way, as long as I find a shaman somewhere in Burma who can mix me something, I won't go to this shop. Rude, musty, not dependent on business. Terrible shop
