We have just tried to pick up our FFp2 masks from your pharmacy, without result. After a very unfriendly announcement, ID! came the even more unfriendly answer: They won't get any masks from me. Why, because they are not in my customer profile. "I'm not paying for the masks for complete strangers". We should go to the Easy pharmacy. We're not customers there either. When asked how we can get masks when we were customers in Heidelberg, the unfriendly answer comes that they have to go there. It is certainly understandable that you like to take care of your customers first, a fine thing for the customers. However, the sound makes the music and that was more than inappropriate. A factual explanation would have been desirable. Quite apart from the fact that we often pick up medication from your pharmacy for parents who have been among your customers for years and who have quite a few prescriptions. Incidentally, we also took a few things with us for ourselves, over-the-counter, which is guaranteed to no longer happen. In the future, we will also handle the parents' procurement orders in a different pharmacy. Apart from this impossible behavior, we didn't even know that the masks are a donation from the pharmacies and Mr. Burger, they presume to decide on a triage here. Also, the idea that these masks are distributed through pharmacies is not ours. Since we are self-employed and are used to dealing with customers, one can only say, very stupid. A record in the customer file, possibly With a good explanation and, above all, using the chance to explain the advantages of your own performance to yourself, it did not occur to you. We will turn to the Chamber of Pharmacists because of your excessive behavior, this is not the way to deal with customers.

The Glückauf pharmacy stands out with very good advice and good service. Listing of the acquired medicines for the whole year? No problem here. Did not know before that pharmacies are able to do so.
