Incredibly delicious gingerbread (not to be compared with the industrial goods that you get on every corner!) And the fruitcake is just a poem! Purchasing via the online shop also works without any problems! I can only recommend!

I love to eat gingerbread from Nuremberg at Christmas time. I ordered from a gingerbread maker for years, but at some point they sold their business. After that, I had a problem for decades: every gingerbread I ordered tasted like "sawdust".
In 2018/19 I was lucky enough to come across this company Woitinek completely by chance (a bakery / cafe in Hamburg that very kindly told me the manufacturer).
These are the gingerbread cookies again that I love and are made with great ingredients.
Dear Woitinek family: Please change the recipe if only slightly and don't just produce "sawdust gingerbread" for the sake of cheap money!
