I've been using two wood burning stoves supplied by them for more than two years and I am extremely pleased.
So far we have bought some Edilkamin pellet stoves from this company and are among other things very satisfied with the product!
The women on the telephone hotline are super nice and helpful.
The boss is also there if it doesn't work that way and helps you with a lot of patience;)

The company and the products are just great! Run a pellet boiler Classic 16.5 for 1 year (2nd heating season) and I am extremely satisfied. The kettle is simple and robust, it burns and works perfectly. I am very grateful for the competent advice. BAFA funding was not a problem at all. I can only recommend the company and the products!

Except the ashtray the same experience as others. Window seals hung in the oven. After the first heating period there was a horizontal and vertical crack in the back wall, which was only 2.5 cm thick instead of 3 cm thick and wiggled back and forth in the recess. After email contact, we were threatened with legal action if we claim that cheap material was used.
Bought the Vision s model and for 599, - € we would have got better quality in the hardware store.
