La Femme is a ladies gym with very qualified trainers ... Cardio, circuit training as well as various courses are available. You can book cardio and circuit training separately from the courses. You can choose: for 6, 12 or 24 months. A friendly, competent team awaits you. I think La Femme is very recommendable.
