This branch is the reason why I am leaving the Sparkasse. I had very bad experiences there ... outrageous, bad advice and indiscreet handling. I'm not surprised by the other reviews!

I too had to experience an unpleasant incident today. Last week I was offered a telephone appointment for today, November 9th, 2020 in AC-Eilendorf, which I gladly accepted. The appointment should be 2:00 p.m. Coincidentally, however, the Luisenhospital called me at exactly this point in time and so I could not take the call. The lady I had an appointment with spoke to me on the tape and asked for a call back. I react immediately and it seemed to be a problem for the lady in Aachen on Münsterplatz to connect me - I describe the process to her, but she said that she could not connect me because Ms. X was in a conversation and was on the phone the music, very unfriendly and in my opinion not trained. When I have a telephone appointment in Aachen-Eilendorf, it cannot be that someone insists on connecting me to the branch in Aachen Rothe Erde. I just wanted to open an account, but unfortunately that didn't work because of the unfriendly behavior of the employee ... What a shame

Bank of Trust ?! That I don't laugh. Unfortunately, I have to give a star, otherwise I cannot give a rating. The Sparkasse is not worth a single star
