I regularly take part in the Aerial Yoga courses and I am absolutely thrilled! Sport, relaxation and of course lots of fun! Sandrine tailors the courses individually to the participants and their needs. She does it really great! In my opinion the best yoga studio in the Aachen region! :-)

With heart and soul. Best aerial yoga in Aachen :-) The children are also happy with gymnastics, Zumba and yoga. Huge range of children.
