Technician came at the weekend in emergency service for fancy heating. He told us it would charge an hourly rate of 60 € It was immediately 150 € cash as deposit. It was repaired the following week. The technician had just left the house, because the same situation was back and the heating was off. The spare parts were installed unnecessarily, were not taken back. Thus, the two working hours a bill in the amount of 410 € for a still not working heating. Lots of money for nothing. Demand for goodwill is unsuccessful. Not recommendable.

Have on a Sunday a water pipe drilled. A super nice employee has been quick to spot and has repaired the damage. All work was neatly documented, very serious. Thanks a lot!

Situation: Sunday, heating failed. Company emergency service called. The cost of an assignment was requested in advance by telephone. No mention of additional "emergency service" packages. Staff came very quickly and was very friendly. Errors found quickly, but could not be remedied on site (pump defective). So far so good. Proof of activity signed, there also NO mention of emergency service costs. 150% hourly wages (weekend, ok), travel expenses, service car (which was definitely not used for this mission) + emergency service fee were now charged. The employee was on site for about 25 minutes. The bill is just under 180 euros. When asked about the flat rate for emergency services, one is stubborn, even though it wasn't even signed. From a legal point of view, we could refuse payment here, but I find it just inhuman and customer-unfriendly. By the way, we are still waiting for our offer for a new heating system, which we have urgently requested several times by phone. Nice outside, but ugly inside. Never again.

Emergency service was quickly on site. Competent employee. Has found the mistake quickly. Any time.

A different price was given on the phone than what was on the bill. Heating technician was on site less than half an hour and promptly wrote down 1.5 hours. Even with the travel time from the company to my home, you don't get a total of 1.5 hours. In my opinion, the hours are not recorded transparently, so it is not understandable how the time factor of 1.5 hours comes about! However, the work was professionally implemented by the fitter.
