The correspondence in advance and the processing went very well. Despite the long journey to the Allgäu, the friendly team arrived on time, carefully emptied the pond and gently reloaded the fish. It couldn't have gone better!

Today were Mr. Hoelzner sen. and jun. with us for the purpose of koi pond dissolution. Despite the very sad occasion, we were very happy that both men made this farewell as pleasant as possible and with the necessary empathy. We can recommend this non-profit organization with a clear conscience!
