Quite impossible. Completely arrogant and as a non-customer you are treated like a criminal. And what is that for a "bank" that needs 3 full working days to get a customer his money (from € 5,000) Ridiculous especially how this is conveyed to the customer as normal. Conclusion: can be closed, machine is enough.

Unacceptable and catastrophic! I have never seen such an unqualified and chaotic bank as the Sparkasse Friedrichsfeld. In the past it was great to save on the wrong end ...... at the staff. You wait 40 minutes at the information desk. Suddenly they simply serve at the other information desk where a single person has just stepped in. The 15 people who wait forever and are up to the door will not be served. Some customers are served by 3 men, others are not. I have never seen such a disorganized staff. Since you can really only go to another branch and if that is the case then the bank will change. I rarely really annoyed as in this bank !!!
