I have been with Dagmar Holsteg for years and enthusiastic yogi. Through her constant personal and professional development, she continues to set new impulses without losing touch with traditional yoga. The instruction is aimed at beginners and advanced students alike - Dagmar is individually on the Befürnisse and knows how to promote the participants. So my very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to get to know yoga and elements from Ayurveda closer ;-)
