Unfortunately, I cannot share the experience of previous speakers, but I would like to point out that it is my opinion. There were advertisements on social media pretending to participate in a study. There was nothing to be seen of this until the very end, instead the contract documents were presented to you after the first hour. You have to know that ALL the variants mentioned there lead to a subscription, even if it is named as an 8-week contract (Flexi). If you take into account that the first review of the success takes place after 4 weeks, you have to cancel. From a sporting point of view, the success was rather moderate. After 4 weeks, there was nothing measurable to be recorded. Mind you, the study should last 4 weeks. From my point of view, there is insufficient reference to the terms of the contract, especially in the case of short contracts. For the sums asked, I can think of something more sensible. Cleanliness and friendliness are great. There is always someone to contact. Training times are super flexible.

Friendly people, nice atmosphere and effective training. Exercises for targeted training of individual body parts possible. Also very suitable for people with back problems. Studio is extremely flexible in scheduling appointments when working longer hours and having to find an alternative date. All in all, well invested 20 minutes a week.
